Norway
People who are X and Pete went to Norway this year and this what they thought. I need to link you to Dave's website as I had just got out of hospital and wasnt allowed to go. No I am not bitter, but I do like bitter. Norway sounds fantastic and can be got to by ferry from the North-East of England. If you do, its probably worth stopping in at my place and getting my mum to make you some tea and cakes. It's expensive generally but camping is free so if you take lots of food and beer with you it probably wont cost more than going to the alps. There is a reputation that you shouldnt go to Norway as a beginner and there are ceratinly many X possiblities there, but I think it sounds like it *could* be fun for all the family.
